At this time of uncertainty, we can re-assure you that we can continue to deliver the essential services that keep your waste treatment system working as it should. All in-line with the Government’s COVID-19 guidelines.
Your sewage treatment system provides an essential service that helps keep a clean and hygienic home or business and protects the environment from being polluted. As such, our teams will continue to undertake Emptying, Servicing and Repairs, and Call Outs.
Our Consultants and Installations teams will continue to deliver on projects and provide guidance; ensuring our customers can continue to safely be at home or work.
To help keep your system working; please remember to only flush the three Ps (pee, poo and paper) down the loo, as this will help prevent blockages and the need for call outs.
When our colleagues visit, they are to restrict all contact and only interact if absolutely necessary. Any feedback our colleagues have on our services provided will be via telephone or email.
If you have any queries, please Contact Us on 01825 890 294, or email hello@moodysewage.com.
